Waiver and Terms of Participation

By enrolling in Little Souls Holistic Music Classes in Los Angeles, California, you agree to the following terms:

1. Parental Responsibility

You are fully responsible for the safety, supervision, and behavior of your child(ren) during class. A parent or guardian must be present at all times. Little Souls is not liable for any accidents or injuries before, during, or after the session.

2. Health & Participation

You confirm that your child is healthy and able to participate in class activities. You release Little Souls and its team from liability related to injuries, allergic reactions, or accidents during class.

3. Class Environment

You agree to help maintain a peaceful and respectful environment. No pets are allowed. You are responsible for any incidents caused by bringing animals.

4. Media Release

I give permission to Little Souls to use photos or videos of my child for promotional use.

5. First-Time Participants

If this is your child’s first class, you agree to remain attentive and present for the full session.

6. Payment & Attendance Policy

• Class packages are valid for 6 weeks from purchase.
• Packages are non-transferable.
• Missed classes may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice.
• No refunds will be issued.
