Welcome to Little Souls. By accessing or using our website, booking classes, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Servicios

Little Souls offers in-person creative classes and experiences for children through music, art, and mindfulness.

Depending on the type of class, sessions are held at our partner parks or at the location specified for private classes.

Private classes are conducted exclusively at the contracted location, and any change of location may affect the price.

How to Purchase

Services can be purchased directly through our website on the Plans page or in person exclusively through authorized Little Souls staff.

Memberships & Bookings

When a user becomes a member, they will receive a unique membership code sent to the registered email address. This code must be used when booking classes — sessions are not scheduled automatically. Each plan includes a specific number of classes and a validity period, as stated on the booking page.

Eligibility

The free trial class is available only for new participants who have not previously attended a Little Souls class or event.

Payments & Cancellations

All payments are processed securely through our booking partners or authorized Little Souls representatives. Subscriptions renew automatically — monthly or every 3 months, depending on your plan — through Stripe. To cancel, please contact us via email using the contact page on our website. If you cancel before the next billing date, your access will remain active until the end of the current cycle.

Birthday Parties

A deposit is required to secure your event date and time.

Deposits are fully refundable only if the event is canceled at least 14 days prior to the scheduled date.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable.

Once the final balance is paid, all payments are non-refundable. In certain cases, rescheduling may be offered at our discretion and subject to availability.

Classes – Drop-In & Single Class Purchases

All class purchases are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend a class you booked, the class may be used as a credit for up to 3 weeks from the original scheduled class date.

After this period, the class will expire and cannot be used or refunded.

Class Packages

All class packages are non-refundable, whether partially used or unused.

Package credits may be used within a 6-week period from the date of the first booked class and can be redeemed at any Little Souls location.

Unused classes remaining after the validity period will expire and cannot be refunded or extended.

General Policy

No refunds or credits are issued for missed classes without prior notice.

All payments confirm and reserve your spot and allow us to plan staffing, materials, and logistics accordingly.

By completing a booking or purchase, you agree to these policies.

Liability

Little Souls ensures a safe and nurturing environment, but parents or caregivers remain responsible for their child’s participation and well-being during classes.

Intellectual Property

All content, songs, images, and materials shared in our classes or on this website belong to Little Souls and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
