Welcome to Little Souls. By accessing or using our website, booking classes, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Servicios

Little Souls offers in-person creative classes and experiences for children through music, art, and mindfulness. Depending on the type of class, sessions are held at our partner parks or at the location specified for private classes. Private classes are conducted exclusively at the contracted location, and any change of location may affect the price.

How to Purchase

Services, including our Monthly Subscriptions and Single Sessions, can be purchased directly through our website. To acquire a subscription or package, users must select an available time on our calendar to schedule their start. When a user becomes a member, they may receive a unique membership code sent to the registered email address to manage future bookings.

Eligibility & Free Trials

The free trial class is available only for new participants who have not previously attended a Little Souls class or event. Free trials are subject to availability and are not valid at the Club Joyful location.

Payments & Cancellations

All payments are processed securely through our booking partners (like Momence and Stripe) or authorized Little Souls representatives.

• Automatic Renewal: Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month.

• Cancellations: You can manage or cancel your membership anytime directly from your Momence profile portal before your next billing cycle.

• If you cancel before the next payment, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current cycle — it won’t end right away. However, if you cancel after your plan renews, the payment will already be processed and you’ll still enjoy your classes for the full new cycle.

Rescheduling & Make-up Policy (Monthly Subscriptions)

We understand that plans change. If you are unable to attend a scheduled class, the following make-up policy applies:

• You may reschedule one (1) missed class per month.

• You must notify us (even on the same day!) that you will not be attending.

• The make-up class must be scheduled and used within the same month at any of our available locations, except Club Joyful.

• Classes included in the monthly subscription do not roll over or transfer to the next month.
  
  

General Policy

No refunds or credits are issued for missed classes without prior notice. All payments confirm and reserve your spot and allow us to plan staffing, materials, and logistics accordingly. By completing a booking or purchase, you agree to these policies.

Liability

Little Souls ensures a safe and nurturing environment, but parents or caregivers remain responsible for their child’s participation and well-being during classes.

Intellectual Property

All content, songs, images, and materials shared in our classes or on this website belong to Little Souls and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
